1. What We Collect

We collect nothing. Seriously. Paint by Numbers Generator does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or submit any personal information. There is no sign-up process.

When you use the tool, your photo is loaded directly into your browser's memory. It is never transmitted to any server. We don't have a backend that receives uploads — the entire application runs client-side using JavaScript and browser APIs (Canvas, Web Workers, etc.).

2. Local Storage

When you save a canvas, it is stored in your browser's localStorage — a feature built into every modern browser that keeps data on your device. This data never leaves your computer or phone. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

We use localStorage so you can return to your canvases later without losing progress. It's the same technology many web apps use to remember preferences.

3. Cookies

We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics. The only cookie-like data involved is localStorage (explained above), which you control entirely.

4. Third-Party Services

We load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). Google may log the request for font files, which includes your IP address and browser information as part of standard HTTP requests. This is the only external resource loaded by our site. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking services.

Our social media links (Pinterest, X, Facebook) are plain HTML links — no embedded widgets, no tracking scripts.

5. Children's Privacy

This tool is suitable for all ages. Since we don't collect any personal information from anyone — children included — there is no risk of unauthorized data collection. Parents and guardians can feel confident letting kids use the tool.

6. Your Rights

Because we don't collect or store any of your data, there is nothing to request access to, correct, or delete. If you have any concerns, you're always welcome to contact us.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change how this tool works — for example, by adding optional features that involve data collection — we will update this policy and clearly communicate the changes. The current version will always be available at this URL.
